About the event

Disability is My Superpower! is a relaxed and welcoming workshop designed to encourage community members to build confidence in navigating the NDIS. Together, we’ll yarn about what disability means in NDIS terms, how multiple disabilities may not always be recognised in plans, and what steps you can take to add new diagnoses or request changes. The session supports Mob to understand their rights, advocate for themselves, and take control of their NDIS journey.

Along the way, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to yarn with our education team, ask questions, and learn practical tips for making the NDIS work for you. The workshop also includes fun activities, a lucky door prize, bingo with giveaways, and light refreshments including tea, coffee, and biscuits.
