What can our BiOC Mental Health, Our Way team support you with?

There are many reasons a yarn is important. A BiOC Mental Health, Our Way team member can support you with:

  • dealing with stress, anxiety and/or depression
  • building strong relationships 
  • managing challenging issues 
  • alcohol and/or other drug concerns 
  • navigating sorry business/grief, loss, hard times or trauma 
  • connection to services to manage ongoing health conditions
  • keeping your mind and spirit deadly.  

Our BiOC Mental Health, Our Way services

Our deadly team will walk alongside you to access services which support your wellbeing while you work through your goals including: 

  • outreach support – we can meet you at a location that suits you 
  • one on one mental health care planning and support
  • group programs to support cultural, social and emotional and overall wellbeing
  • individual yarns and counselling
  • coordination of community supports for overall wellbeing including housing, employment, NDIS and social connection.

Who are we?

Our services are delivered by a deadly team of family support practitioners, mental health clinicians and social workers who specialise in Indigenous health.
