Eye health
Our team of optometrists can support you to maintain your eye health and see clearer! Good eye health is an important part of health care for the whole family.

What can we support you with?

Our optometrists can support eye health for Mob through:
- cataracts diagnosis and referral to surgery if needed
- diabetic eye checks and referral to specialists if required
- eye tests for all ages
- getting the right prescription and organising glasses.
When should I see an optometrist?
If you have any worries with your eyes, like changes to your vision, headaches, or sore eyes, sing out for an appointment.
We recommend all Mob have an eye check every three years from the age of five, or every year if they have diabetes.
If you already wear glasses and use eye drops, bring them with you to your first appointment.
Our services
The optometrist will yarn with you about your vision and carry out some simple tests such as:
- eye health check
- vision and glasses check
If you have diabetes, we may need to use eye drops during your test to get a clearer look. The eye drops might make your vision blurry for a few hours, so it is best not to drive for a few hours afterwards.
Remember to bring your sunglasses as your eyes will be sensitive to the light afterwards.
