Our deadly dietitians can help improve your diet and nutrition habits for a balanced and healthy lifestyle. 

In addition, dietitians can support Mob with medical conditions like diabetes, heart or gut problems, cancers, kidney or lung problems, and eating disorders.

What can we support you with?

The dietitian can support:

  • eating across the lifespan – from birth to Elderhood 
  • emotional eating and eating disorders 
  • food allergies and intolerances 
  • fussy eating in children 
  • gut and bowel health, including altered bowel habits, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diverticulitis, coeliac disease, and inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis) 
  • healthy eating 
  • healthy eating on a budget 
  • mental health and wellbeing 
  • nutritional deficiencies (such as iron loss) 
  • specific medical conditions such as diabetes and blood sugar management, heart disease (including high blood pressure and cholesterol management), and kidney disease
  • support before and after bariatric surgery 
  • vegetarian or vegan diets and ensuring you’re getting the right nutrients  
  • weight gain or loss.

They will support you to set goals and encourage you to eat in a way that supports you to stay healthy and strong in body and mind.  

Where to start?

When you have had your 715 Health Check, or have a GP management plan, you can request a referral from your doctor to see a dietitian.
