Exercise Physiology is an allied health service that uses movement and exercise to support and prevent a range of ongoing health conditions, injuries and more.

- joint pain including arthritis, osteoporosis

Our services
Don’t worry if you haven’t exercised before, we will create a program especially for you. The exercise physiologist will work with you to develop your skills to support everyday activities that are important to you.

- an exercise program
- muscle and joint movement
- bladder training and pelvic floor exercises
- tips to help you return to activities that you enjoy
- breathing exercises
- tips to manage health conditions
Where to start?
If you have had your 715 Health Check, you can request a referral from you doctor to see an exercise physiologist.
Your doctor may refer you for a one-on-one session, or to the Work It Out – a group exercise program for adults 18 years and over.
Or you can yarn with your doctor or nurse at our clinic.
