Deadly Fit Mums

Deadly Fit Mums is a free movement program designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women who are pregnant and mums with little ones.

The Deadly Fit Mums program offers a supportive and friendly group space for mums to come together and share yarns about their pregnancy journey, as well as tips to stay healthy and strong.

What happens at Deadly Fit Mums?

At your first appointment, you will meet with an exercise physiologist, who are often mums themselves.  They will yarn with you about your pregnancy journey and what your health goals are to understand what you would like to get out of the program.   From there, the exercise physiologist will create a program especially for you

Activities are created especially for women’s bodies, abilities, and goals to support them to stay connected and keep moving.
