The Work It Out program runs twice a week for six months. It’s not only a safe and supported space for exercise rehab for Mob but also an opportunity to stay socially and culturally connected.

When you graduate from the program, you will have the skills and knowledge to manage your health better.  You will be provided with an exercise program that suits your abilities, goals, and movements you enjoy, and information on support services in your local community.
