What can we support you with?

Physiotherapy for Mob offers help with:

  • balance and falls 
  • breathing problems 
  • chronic pain 
  • continence issues like controlling your bowel and bladder 
  • exercises to strengthen your body 
  • men’s health 
  • muscle, tendon and ligament injuries 
  • neurological conditions caused by stroke, brain and/or spinal cord injuries 
  • rehabilitation before and after surgery 
  • sporting injuries  
  • support with getting around your home and community. 
  • women’s health (particularly throughout pregnancy) 

You might see a combination of our team who will assess and support you to manage your pain.

Our services

At your first appointment, the physiotherapist will yarn with you about your injury and how we can support your recovery. They will assess your movement and strength to develop a treatment plan just for you. 

Physiotherapy for Mob might include:

  • assistance with mobility aids
  • bladder training and pelvic floor exercises
  • breathing exercises
  • creating an exercise program
  • muscle and joint movement
  • referral into other services with the clinic such as Exercise Physiology for Work it Out or hydrotherapy
  • tips to manage health conditions.

Where to start?

If you have had your 715 Health Check, you can request a referral from you doctor to see a physiotherapist. 

Or you can yarn with your doctor or nurse at our clinic.
